Auto Gate Roller Bearing Replacement In Shah Alam
To those using the Folding Auto Gate Design with a misfunctioning auto gate roller, please replace the rollers for both sides of the AutoGate instead of replacing only the misfunctioning one. This is because the roller which you did not replace might not be durable.
We have just repaired AutoGate wheels at Denai Alam, Shah Alam recently. The customer contacted us and asked to repair the damaged roller of his AutoGate, we explained to the customer that we have to change both rollers. Based on our experience every time after replacing one side of AutoGate roller, not long after the roller that was not replaced will start to misfunction. - Make sure your auto gate track is always clear of pebbles or dried leaves
- Apply as much lubricant (WD40) as possible by spraying water-based lubricants on your AutoGate rollers weekly.
