Received a call from a Residential Taman last Friday. Their Barrier Gate System is not functioning properly. The access control system doesn’t read when card is flashed. According to the Chairman, 2 boom gate contractors already attended but they couldn’t rectify the problems. We were the third contractor they called.
We enjoyed challenges so we agreed to visit them the next day. We managed to find the cause after spending 2 hours for troubleshooting and checking. Now the system is up and running again.
We advise you to visit the vendor’s office and confirm if they have the following:
1. Check if they have Office (Preferably a Showroom where you can see & feel the products)
2. Check if vendor has Van (Avoid contractor with saloon car)
3. Check if the vendor has tools (Rotary Hammer Drill, Grinder and other tools)
4. Check if vendor has Spare Part available in the office
5. Check if vendor has stock inventory (Avoid contractor without stock inventory, because he won’t be able to service you)
6. Ask them for some photos (See what kind of projects they have done)
