With thousands of autogate companies in Malaysia, how can you be sure you will get a professional and honest service?

1. Visit the office / showroom – Check if they exist.
2. Check if they have full equipped van – Avoid vendor with no proper installation/ service van.

What to expect on the day of our installation

• We’ll whatsapp or call ahead to let you know we’re on the way on the day of our visit.
• Our engineers should take approximately 2 to 4 hours to install and commission the autogate system.
• We’ll bring all the materials, tools and SPARE UNIT so we can perform our installation smoothly
• We’ll do everything we can to make the autogate installation as simple as possible, with minimal disruption.
• We’ll brief you through what you need to know and how to operate the autogate system.

** Why Spare Unit? The spare unit is for exchanged for the broken one, just in case. Other vendors will just keep quiet until the customer finds out.
